Brunswick School - Courage, Honor, Truth

Soccer

The Brunswick Varsity Soccer Program was started in 1952 by James Brown, a Brunswick Physical Education teacher who played soccer for the U.S. National Team and for Manchester United in 1930’s. Since the 1950’s, the program has progressed from playing in the Fairchester Athletic Association (FAA) against small local private schools to now competing in the Western New England Private School Soccer Association (WNEPSSA) against some of the top prep schools in New England such as Taft, Loomis Chaffee, Hotchkiss, Kent, South Kent, Avon, Deerfield and Choate. Home games are played on the Caputo Field at the Edwards Campus, King Street.

In addition to Varsity, Brunswick also fields a Junior Varisty, Thirds Brown, Thirds White and 9 teams.
