Brunswick School Libraries
Brunswick has three libraries that serve grades Pre K through 12 and are located on both the Maher Avenue and Edwards Campuses. With more than 25,000 volumes, the focus of the libraries is to support the School's curriculum, assist with research, and provide ample and varied reading for enjoyment. In addition to the book collection, the libraries achieve these goals by subscribing to an academic periodical collection, purchasing audio and visual materials, and providing access to a wide array of specialized online databases for current and historical newspapers, magazines, reference books and multiple encyclopedia sources.

Access to our collection is available to all members of the Brunswick community and our professional staff is proficient in all manner of information literacy and retrieval, and as a reader's advisor.
The goal of each Brunswick Library is to graduate students as competent users of information, as critical thinkers, constructive managers of knowledge, and to provide them with the tools necessary to embark on a lifetime's exploration into new ideas. Exposure to these skills is the foundation upon which a love of learning can flourish.
Our Lower School library is a warm, inviting space, which provides our kindergarteners through fourth grades with a variety of literary experiences. From the little ones listening wide-eyed to wonderful tales to third and fourth graders eagerly anticipating the next installment of a compelling novel, all of our boys love listening to stories. In addition, second, third and fourth graders learn the basic bibliographic skills that enable them to successfully navigate this library and prepare them for research they will do in the years ahead. An intriguing yearly theme provides the framework for much of our reading and projects.
Brunswick Library collections have been brought into the internet era. The Library server is available online and accessible from anywhere in the world. Check it out at http://library.brunswickschool.org
