Ways To Volunteer
Ways To Volunteer
The BPA welcomes parent volunteers in all its projects and fundraisers. In late summer, a volunteer form is mailed to all parents, responses to which are collected by the Corresponding Secretary and channeled to the appropriate committee chairs. Volunteer sign-up sheets are also available at each class coffee in the fall, encouraging participation in specific classroom activities as well as division-wide and school-wide BPA events. In December of each year, a nomination form for BPA Board positions is sent to all current parents; responses are considered by the Nominating Committee for the following year's Board slate. Throughout the year, specific BPA volunteer opportunities are advertised in separate mailings and on this website.
We are always looking for help in many different areas. Some volunteer opportunities are just one-hour commitments, some continue throughout the school year, and everything in between! Whether you have a specific talent or just want to lend a hand, we need you! Volunteering is a great way to support our School and to meet other parents in the process. Please contact the BPA Corresponding Secretary or committee chair if you have an interest in volunteering - everyone can play a part in the Brunswick community!
Welcome to the Brunswick Parents Association!
